Purely God's Gift

Kittens in their new homes...

Chaz, "Atticus" in his new home

Atticus (Chaz) is the sweetest thing ever!  He sleeps with me every night and is a good study buddy!  He's getting so big....I can't tell you what a blessing he is!

"Chet" now "Diamond" with his family in Iowa

Diamond definitly likes to be where we are.  He's been staying in our guest bathroom while we are a work (how about that...our cat has his own bathroom).  As soon as he hears us come in the door he cries and cries until we can get there to let him out.  He's quite a dare devil, very agile too -- jumping gates (silly of me to think that would keep him in the family room) and walking the ledge between our kitchen and living room (we have a split level).  We are enjoying him even more than we thought we might.

We'll keep in touch.

Sheila & Family, IA

Hello,
I hope everyone is doing well!!! Just wanted to update you on Alex, he is doing great! Alex play's with the whole family and cries when nobody play's. We also found a nice spot (mine) in bed with us. Last night we where all ( me, Erick & Alex) were laying in bed watching tv, Alex will sit at the end of the bed and watch animal planet. It's funny when we try and turn the channel, he will turn and shoot us a funny look. I sent a picture of him watching the fish. He is so funny he already runs the house. My family and I would like to thank you for all the excitement he's brought to us. THANK YOU!!! We will write you again soon

Andrey, now "Tippy" in his new home in Wisconsin!

Hi Sue ~~ Attached are some pictures my cousin took last week up north at our cottage.  The first is our Tippy Andrey laying upside down in the crook of my arm like a baby!  He does that so much and he purrs up a storm while he does it!  Everyone is captivated by him as he is so friendly and so playful.  He is an awesome traveler thus far.  He meows a fair amount at first but does settle down and snooze in his cat carrier.  Our previous cat used to gag and cough and drool and make a fool of himself in the car.

There is no doubt we found the perfect cat for us!  Bob and I just love him so much.  Even our dog Peanut is starting to warm up to him.  Bob and Peanut went north to our cottage on a Thursday and Tippy and I followed on Sunday.  It took him about 24 hours to check out the whole place and become totally at home there. He loves the screen porch!  Put Frontline on him before going as a precaution. He and I came back today and he ran into the house and checked out his favorite spots and was immediately at home here.  He comes to me when he wants to be cuddled and petted.  He has us figured out and so he rules the household!  Such a good boy!  He is truly "Mr. Personality."

We get a kick out of his feet as they are so big!  His paws are probably double the size of our other cats' paws as adults and he is only 3 months old so will no doubt have to grow into his feet like a puppy does.

He is doing well at learning basic commands such as "NO" and "Down".  We both think he is extremely smart and quick to learn.  His face is so cute and so expressive.  He sure knows his name now.

I think of you often when I am cuddling with Tippy.

Aleksey

Hi Sue,

Aleksey is great.  He is into everything and making himself very much
at home.  At the moment he is sitting next to the computer as I
type!  (this is great behavior.  Usually he is on the keypad!)
Kyriakos is taking lots of pictures...and renamed
him Phevos Aleksey.  Phevos is Apollo's childhood name.

The smiling faces of those who normally cannot have a cat/kitten is priceless...
